Plastic Recycling System Shredder
Industrial quality plastic granulator mounted on castors for ease of movement which plugs into a standard 13A 230V socket outlet. Plastic materials to be granulated are loaded into the top hopper of the machine. A combination of static and rotating blades gradually chops the material into smaller and smaller pieces. Once the material reaches a small enough size (less than 5mm) it passes out through a mesh filter and into a collection bin. The cutting blades are powered by a three phase motor fitted with a phase inverter, allowing operation from a normal 230V electrical supply. When not in use a lockable cover can be fitted over the inlet chute ensuring no unwanted debris enters the machine.
Suitable for use with most types of plastic, in particular the commonly used ones such as HDPE, LDPE, HIPS ABS, PP and Acrylic.
