Hot Wire Cutter and Line Bending Heater
Expanded thermoplastic material can be cut using a hot wire which melts
the material which then shrinks and clears a path for the wire to advance.
300mm (12") cutting length.
Tensioned wire on a C shaped bow.
Tilting options of 22.5, 30 or 45 degrees.
Fitted with a sculptor tool for freehand sculpting of expanded polystyrene.
Heating wire is energised by foot pedal, minimising any fumes from the material being cut.
