Free Standing Bath 5Ltr
Free standing fluidised bath manufactured from powder coated steel which has a porous PVC membrane in the floor of the bath allowing low pressure, high volume air to be blown into the powder in the tank whilst forming a barrier preventing powder entering the chamber below. This aerates the powder, causing it to act like liquid and allowing a pre-heated metal item to be dip coated in the powder. The built in flow adjustment allows fine control of the aeration of the powder. The porous membrane comes with a protective steel mesh to protect the membrane from accidental damage by contact with the hot metallic components during the dip coating process. A lid is also provided to keep powder clean while the bath is not in use.                
Requires additional air supply which can be fitted to the integral multi-size air inlet allowing a variety of air input sources including CRC120 blower suction unit or one of our vacuum forming machines with a pressure outlet (Retro-fit kit).
5Ltr static volume.
Integral plenum box.
Dip coating powders are available separately in a range of 8 colours.
Replacement porous membranes are available separately.
