Fluidised Bath 50Ltr
Fluidised bath manufactured from powder coated steel which has a porous PVC membrane in the floor of the bath allowing low pressure, high volume air to be blown into the powder in the tank whilst forming a barrier preventing powder entering the chamber below. This aerates the powder, causing it to act like liquid and allowing a pre-heated metal item to be dip coated in the powder. The porous membrane comes with a protective steel mesh to protect the membrane from accidental damage by contact with the hot metallic components during the dip coating process. A lid is also provided to keep powder clean while the bath is not in use.                
Requires additional air supply (CRC120 Blower Suction Unit).

20kg dip coating powder ample for initial fill and topping up.
Dip coating powders are available separately in a range of 8 colours.
Replacement porous membranes are available separately.
Stand (CRC300S) and smaller capacity fluidised bath (CRC150) which can be clamped to the top of the larger unit to aflow economical use of more expensive powder or the quick change of colour irrespective of the contents of the lower bath are available separately.
