Jointer Bailey Bench Plane
The Jointer or Try plane, as its name implies, is for the accurate truing of long edges which are to be jointed together as in the production of table tops. Stanley bench planes are fine grey iron based and are accurately machined and ground for ultimate precision and stability in all working conditions. They are coated with high quality durable epoxy for long-lasting protection. The lever cap is polished and chrome plated. Cutters are of chrome carbon steel and are ground to provide a keen, long-lasting edge. They are fully adjustable for alignment, depth of cut and mouth size.
