Coolmelt Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
Coolmelt glue gun designed to melt glue sticks at approximately half the temperature
of hot melt glue guns, making it an ideal tool for DIY, Art and Craft.
Gluesticks are 200mm in length and are available in 500g or 5Kg.

Operating Instructions
  1. ​Load the gluestick through the grip ring in the rear of the gun.
  2. Press the trigger several times until the stick is postined firmly in the gun.
  3. Plug in the gun, the light at the back of the gun will show that the gun is operational.
  4. Allow the gun to warm up for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry.
  6. Press the trigger until the glue flows from the nozzle.
  7. Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded. To ensure a continuous flow of glue insert further sticks into the rear of the gun.
  8. The glue need not be spread. Press the surfaces together within 15 seconds of application. The use of a clamp or other holding device is not necessary.
  9. Unplug the gun when finished.
  10. Surplus glue may be removed with a sharp knife.
  11. Do not remove the glue stick from the back of the gun as damage may occur.
