Cuts mat board at 45 deg bevel.  Also cuts painting, photos, illustration and other artwork frames.  Blade Retracts automatically when not in use.  Depth-of-cut adjusts for varying material thickness.
Underlay - Cardboard surface, Styrofoam sheets or cutting mats are recommended.
Ruler - can off non-slip rubber base sheet (included) and apply it to underside of a thick wide ruler.
To cut Mat Boards:
1: Draw a cutting line on the back.
2: Adjust cutting depth of the blade.
3: Align the cutter with the cutting line.
4: Secure a ruler or straightedge in position.
5: Cut along the line.
6: Overcut corners slightly for a clean cut.
